It is established that these risks include: the authoritarian style of personnel management, marginal style and connivance in making managerial decisions, interaction in the system "medical worker – organization" on the basis of calculation, the average salary of a doctor is lower than average salary in the industry. These defined personnel risks must be considered in developing an effective system of risk management in health care institutions. ER -
