Simple risk score STIMUL for estimation in-hospital adverse outcomes in patients with acute coronary syndrome with ST segment elevation

Abstract

Based on the registry, the original risk score to predict in-hospital mortality for patients with acute coronary syndrome were developed. The model could be used without taking into account troponin I level and reperfusion therapy. Model is available at the time of the first medical contact.
