Abstract
The article discusses issues that arising during the appointment and conducting of forensic medical examination of the quality of medical assistance in the investigation of iatrogenic crimes. The problems that occur in the investigation of iatrogenic crimes and typical defects of investigators in the appointment of forensic medical examination are revealed.
